G.S.R. 144.—in exercise of: the powers conferred by Section 153A of the Com- panies Act, 1956 \l of 1956). the Central Government hereby appoints Shri A. C. Bose, Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Industrial Development and Company Affairs. Department of Company Affairs, as the Public Trustee in addition to his own duties as Joint Secretary in the aforesaid Department, to discharge the functions and to exercise the rights and powers conferred on the Public Trustee by or under the said Act.
