New Delhi , the 19th January 1968
G.S.R. 146. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause ( a) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1964 (37 of 1964 ) , and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 156 dated the 4th February , 1967 , the Central Government hereby re - appoints Shri K. T. Chandy as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food Corporation of India with effect from the 1st February. 1968.
