SUBJECT .- Export of Chillies- Abolition of Price Fixation Committee .
No. 1 - ETC ( PN ) / 68 .- Reference Public Notice No. 14 - ETC ( PN ) / 67 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , dated the 6th October , 1967 , regarding Price Fixation Committee for imposing minimum price restrictions on export of chillies to Ceylon .
2. It has now been decided to abolish the Price Fixation Committee and to reely licence export of chillies to all destinations subject to ( 1 ) pre - shipment nspection ( 11 ) quality control and ( iii ) production of letter of credit .
