RESOLUTION

New Delhi, the 24th January 1963No. 14(1)/G8-COR.—The Government of India have decided that Shri V. P. Sud, Joint Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Rehabilitation, (Department of Rehabilitation) would act as a Member, with effect from the afternoon of the 20th December, 1967, in place of Shri Anil De, former Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Department of Rehabilitation in the Committee of Review of Rehabilitation Work in West Bengal set up in terms of Government of India, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Rehabilitation (Department of Rehabilitation) Resolution No. 5(21)/66-RE dated the 6th January, 1967, as amended by the Ministiy of Labour, Employment and Rehabilitation (De- partment of Rehabilitation) Resolution No. l(l)/67-COR dated the 5th April, 1967. ( 6 1)

Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to:—

1- The Members of the Committee- 2. The Ministries/Departments of the Government of India- 3. The Planning Commission, the Prime Minister's Secretariat, the Cabinet Secretariat, and the Private and Military Secretaries to the President.

4. The Chief Secretaries to the State Governments/Union Territories.

Ordered also that a copy of this Resolution be published in the Gazette of India for general Information.
