S.O. 369. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 -A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modification of the notified order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 725 , dated the 4th March , 1966 , the Central Government hereby authorises Shri Dinker Kedarnath to take over the management of the whole of the Hira Mills Ltd., Ujjain from Shri B. P. Upadhyaya proceeding on leave for 60 days from the 1st February , 1968 .
