New Delht , the 25th January , 1968
G.S.R. 179 / Sugar Export . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 of the Sugar Export Promotion Act , 1958 ( 30 of 1958 ) , the Central Government hereby fixes 95,000 tonnes ( Ninetyfive thousand tonnes) of sugar as the quantity which may exported during the comugaring on the date of publication of this notification and ending with the 31st day of October , 1968 .
