New Delhi , the 25th January 1968
G.S.R. 181. In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment to the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Food and Agriculture ( Department of Food ) No. G.S.R. 1842 , dated the 24th December , 1964 , namely :-
In the said notification , in Schedule II , after serial number 95A and the entry relating thereto , the following serial numbers and the entries shall be inserted , namely :-
