S.O. 469. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( 1) of article 299 of the Constitution , the President hereby directs that the following instrument made in exercise of the executive power of the Union may be executed on his behalf by the Ambassador , Embassy of India at Brussels , namely ;
" Mortgage and Loan Agreements with Westminster Foreign Bank Ltd. , Brussels for the purchase of a building for their Chancery at Brussels ."
