S.O. 479. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment to the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1962 , namely: -
In Part 'B ' of Schedule I to the said Order , the existing entry against item No. 49 shall be omitted ,
