New Delhi, the 27th January 1968
G.S.R. 242—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (21 of article 77, read with clause (1) of article 299', of the Constitution and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic .Affairs), No. G.S.R. 1463 dated 20th September 1967, the President is pleased to make the following, rule, namely:—
All documents necessary to be executed in connection with the implementa- tion of the Loan Agreement dated 5th September 1967, with the Export-Import Bank of Japan and thirteen other participating banks in Japan on the extension of the Seventh Yen Credit (Non-Project Aid) amounting to Fourteen Billion Yen, shall be executed and authenticated on behalf of the President by any of the officers specified below: —

2. This notification shall be without prejudice to the rules made by the President by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Law (Department of Legal Affairs) No. G.SJt. 1330 dated 29th September 1962.
