8.0. 482. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) , the Central GovernmentGovernment hereby makes the fol- lowing further amendment to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 1104, dated the 29th March , 1965 , namely:-
In the said notification , in paragraph 4, for the figures , letters and word "31st December , 1967" , the figures , letters and word " 30th June . 1968 " shall be and shall be deemed always to have been substituted .
