New Delhi , the 7th February 1968
S.O. 574 / IDRA / 29B / 68.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 29B of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 , (65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby exempts from the operation of sections 10, 11 ,11, 11A and 13 of the said Actof the said Act and the rules made thereunder, all industrial undertakings pertaining to such of the industries specified in the First Sohedule to the said Act as are mentioned below, namely :
Any Industry engaged in the manufacture or production of--
Wheeled agricultural tractors and power tillers falling under entry ' ( 1 ) Tractors , harvestors and the like ' under the heading '10 . AGRICUL- TURAL MACHINERY.
