'Excavators/Power Shovels upto and including 4-6 cubic yards capacity.'
3. The above amendment will be applicable in respect of exports from 1st July 1967-
4- Applications for grant of replenishment licence against the export of above product effected on or after 1st July 1967 upto 31st December 1967 should be filed so as to reach the concerned licensing authority by 31st March 1968. Applications in respect of exports effected on or after 1st January 1968 should be filed in accor- dance with the normal time schedule laid down in the I port Policy for Registered •Exporters.
