S.O. 739.—In pursuance of rule 7 of the Export of Footwear (Inspection) Rules, 1967, the Central Government hereby appoints the persons mentioned in column (2) of the Table given below as the panel of experts for the purpose of hearing appeals under the said rule against the decision of the Export Inspection Agency mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (1) thereof:
Provided that an appeal against a decision made by the Export Inspection Agency at Delhi at one of the places indicated in column (2) of the said Table shall be heard by the panel of experts constituted for that place :
Provided further that, where a member of any of the said panel is personally interested in the subject-matter of any appeal, he shall not take part in the proceedings relating to that appeal.
