New Delhi , the 23rd February 1968
S.O. 741. -In pursuance of section 12A of the Essential Commodities Act , 1965 (10 of 1965 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies each of Orders mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the Schedule hereto annexed, made by the State Government mentioned in the corresponding entry in column ( 2 ) thereof , under section 3 of the said Act , to be a special order for purposes of summary trial under the said section 12A .
