New Delhi, the 29th February 19G8
G.S.R. 411.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Govern- ment Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: —
1. (1) These rules shall be called the Post Office Savings Certificates (Second Amendment) Rules, 1968.
(2) They shall come into force on 1st March 1968.
2 In the Post Office Savings Certificates Rules, 1960, in rule 31, in table (f), the following proviso and Tables shall be added at the end, namely:-
