New Delhi, the 1st March 1968

G.S.R. 412.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1966, namely: —

1. This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Second Amendment Order, 1968. ( 8 9) 00 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [P*"r n - * o. I ft

2. In the Schedule to the Kerosene (Fixation of Ciling Prices) Order, 19S8, after the item (j) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely: —

'(k) (i) Kerosene Superior Fifteen Rupees ") (A) per kilolitre in (Increase) j
