ORDER
New Delhi , the 4th March 1968
S.O. 816. Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. S.O.S.O. 581 ,581 , dated 4th March, 1963 , the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Pratap Spinning , Weaving and Manufac'uning Company Limited Amalner ( Maharashtra ) , had been taken over by the Authorised Controller , for a period of five years with effect from the 4th March , 1963 ;
And whereas , the Central Government is of the or inion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said Authorised ControllerCor should comtirneco for a further period of one year;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 18A of the Industries ( Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that the Order men- tioned above shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year from the 4th March , 1968 .
