EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 11th March 1968
S.O. 999. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 10 ( 2 ) of the Exports (Control ) Order , 1968 the Central Government hereby constitutes the following authorities for the purpose of hearing appeals against the action taken under clause 8 or 8A of the said Order , namely: -
Name of authority .
The Chief Controller of Imports and Exports , New Delhi .
( i ) where the action is taken by a Joint Chief Controller of Imports and Exports or by a Deputy Chief Controller of Im- ports and Exports ;
( ii ) where the action is taken by an authority other than any authority referred to in (i) above .
A committee consisting of the Special Secretary and two Joint Secretaries to the Government of India in the Ministry of Com- merce , New Delhi .
