IMPORT TRADE CONTROL
New Delhi , the 13th March , 1968
SUBJECT: -Import of certain essential spare parts of machinery from U.S.A. under U.S. Aid Non - Project Loan .
No. 41 - ITC ( PN ) /68.-Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No.92 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 dated the 23rd August , 1967 as amended by Public Notice No. 165 - ITC ( PN ) / 67 dated the 13th November , 1967 , regarding the grant of import licences for spare parts of machinery under U.S. Aid Non- Project Loan.
2. On a review of the position , it has been decided that , in eligible cases , the value of import licences will be up to twenty percent ( instead of ten percent ) , of the total value of spare parts imported by the applicant from U.S.A. against U.S. Ald licence issued under Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 86 - ITC ( PN ) / 66 , dated 23rd June 1966 , as amended by Public Notice No. 117 - ITC ( PN ) / 66 dated 16th August 1966 .
