EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT . Export of Tent and Tent Cloth .
No. 5 - ETC ( PN ) /68.-Attention is invited to Exports ( Control ) Order No. E ( C ) O , 1968 / AM ( 1 ) , dated the 18th March , 1968 under which export of Tent also has been brought under control alongwith Tent Cloth . Accordingly , the applications for the grant of export licences for the export of ' Tent ' also will be considered on merits .
2. It has also been decided that export of Tent as well as Tent Cloth to Nepal will also be regulated , with immediate effect , in accordance with the provisions of the Exports ( Control ) Order , 1968 .
