NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 18th March 1968
S.O. 1003.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Export of Coir Yarn (Inspection) Rules, 1966, namely:—
1. These rules may be called the Export of Coir Yarn (Inspection) Amend- ment Rules, 1968.
2. In the Export of Coir Yarn (Inspection) Rules, 1966, in the ANNEXURE, un- der the heading Trade varieties of Coir Yarn, after serial number 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"15 Super Fine Unsoaked"-
[No. 60(22) Exp- Insp/67] S.O. 1004.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 2844, dated the 23rd September, 1966, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Explanation (1) for the word "fourteen" the word "fifteen" shall be substituted; (ii) after Item 14, the following item shall be Inserted, namely:—
