NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st March 1968
G.S.R. 579. In exercise of the powers conferred by sectsection 44 of the Food Corporations Act, 1964 ( 37 of 1964 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , namely :-
1. These rules may be called the Food Corporations ( Thirteenth Amendment ) Rules , 1968.
2. In the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , in rule 5 , after item ( v ) , the follow- ing item shall be inserted, namely :-
"(vi ) such leave asve as may be determined by the Central Government from time to time . "
