S.O. 1120.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Commis- sion ofof Inquiry Act , 1952 ( 60 of 1952 ) , the Central Government hereby directs that all the provisions of sub - section ( 2 ) , sub - section ( 3 ) and sub - section ( 5 ) of the said section shall apply to the Commission of Inquiry appointed by the Central Government by Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Rail- ways ( Railway Board ) No. E ( O ) II - 68 - AP1 / 2 - Pt.A. , dated 22nd March , 1968, Extraordinary issue .
