THE ARMED FORCES (SPECIAL POWERS) CONTINUANCE ACT, 1968

No. 10 OF 1968

An Act to continue the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Regula- tion, 1958 for a further period.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Nineteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—

Short title 1. This Act may be called the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Continuance Act, 1968. ( 1 2 3) 124 THE GAZETTE OF INDiA EXTRAORDINARY [Paftt ll—SEC. ]j

Regulation 2 of 1958.

Amendnw"t of section 1.

2. In section 1 of the Arttied Forces (Special Powers) Regulation, 1958, in sub-section (4), for the words, figures and letters "the 5th day of April, 1968", the words, figures and letters "the Bth day of April. 1969" shall be substituted.
