S.O. 1210. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 ( 65 of 1951 ) and in partial modification of the notified order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 3712. dated the 29th November , 1965 , the Central Government hereby authorises with effect from April 1 , 1968 Shri S. D. Mehta to take over the management of the whole of the India United Mills Ltd. , Bombay , vice Shri M. D. Bhat.
