S.O. 1211. In pursuance of the provisions of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act . 1951 ( 43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected in the Constituency referred to therein is published for general information :-
DECLARATION
Bye- election to the House of the People 47 - Hazaribagh Parliamentary Cons- tituency .
"In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Shri MOHAN SINGH OBEROI , DURGA NIWAS , BANK ROAD, PATNA has been duly elected by the 47 - Hazaribagh Constituency to fill the vacancy in the House of the People caused by the resignation of Sri Basant Narain Singh .
Place: Hazaribagh Dated 4th March , 1968 .
