G.S.R. 631. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of sec- tion 25 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) , the CentralCentral Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Minis- try of Finance ( Department of Revenue and Insurance ) No. 54 - Customs . dated the 1st April, 1966 , namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures , letters and word " 31st March, 1968 " , the figures , letters and word " 31st March , 1969 " shall be substituted.
