S.O. 1291. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18 -A of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ) , and in partial modi- fication of the notified Orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce No. S.O. 725 , dated the 4th March , 1966 , and S.O. 369 dated the 24th January. 1968 , the Central Government hereby authorises Shri Dinker Kedarnath to continue to be in charge of the management of the whole of the Hira Mills Ltd. , Ujjain , until further orders .
