NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 3rd April 1968
S.O. 1296. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 of the Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act . 1947 (32 of 1947) read with rule 3 of the Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Rules , 1949 , the Central Government hereby appoints S/ Shri B. P. Agarwalla and R. Varma , persons nominated by the Indian Mining Association , as members of the Coal Mines Labour Welfare Fund Advisory Committee vice S/ Shri A. S. Malik and R. Lall and makes the following amendment in the notifi- cation of the Government of India in the Department of Labour and Employment , No. S.O. 1118 , dated the 21st March , 1968 , namely :----
In the said notilcation , for the entries relating to serial Nos . 7 and 8, the following entries shall be substituted , namely :-
"Shri B. P. Agarwalla
} Nominated by the Indian Mining Association . " Shri R. Varma
