G.S.R. 687.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the Orissa Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964 , namely : -
1. This Order may be called the Orissa Rice ( Movement Control ) Amendment Order, 1968 .
2. In the Orissa Rice ( Movement Control ) Order , 1964. second proviso to clause 4 shall be omitted .
