ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 43 of the Bombay Reorganisation Act, 1960 (11 of 1960), the President hereby declares the amount of expenditure Incurred out of the Consolidated Fund of Bombay and specified in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto, on the service specified against such amount In column (1) thereof in respect of the financial year ended on the 31st March, 1958 in excess of the amount granted for that service and for that year, in the light of the report of the Comptroller and Auditor- General of India relating to the accounts of the State of Bombay in respect of the said financial year, to have been duly authorised-
