New Delhi, the 15th April 1968
G.S R. 716.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Foodgrains (Restriction on Border Transport) Order, 1967, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Foodgrains (Restriction on Border Transport) Amendment Order, 1968.
2. In the Madhya Pradesh Foodgrains (Restriction on Border Transport) Order. 1987, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted namely :—
"THE SCHEDULE
