NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 15th April 1968
S.O. 1344.- Whereas elections have been held in pursuance of the notification No. S.O. 939 , dated the 11th March , 1968. issued under section 12 of the Repre- sentation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , for the purpose of filling the seats of the members of the Council of States electeelected by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and the members of the electoral college of the Union territory of Delhi and retiring on the 15th April, 1968 on the expiration of their term of Office;
Now, therefore , in pursuance of section 71 of the said Act , the names of the members elected by the clected members of the Legislativetive Assembly of the State of Jammu and Kashmir and the members of the electoral college of the Union territory of Delhi are hereby notified for general information :-
