S. O. 1200.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1), (3) and (4) of section 4 of the Cardamom Act, 1965 (42 of 1965) and of all other powers hereunto enabling the Central Government hereby establishes the Cardamom Board with effect from the 15th April, 1966, with headquarters at Ernakulam (Kerala State), consisting of the following persons, namely :—
