ORDER

New Delhi, the 19th April 1968

G.S.R. 753.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Control of Distribution of Foodgrains Order, 1967, namely—

1. This Order may be called the Madhya Pradesh Control of Distribution at Foodgrains Amendment Order, 1968

2. In the Madhya Pradesh Control of Distribution of Foodgrains Order, 1967, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely: —

"SCHEDULE

[See clause 2(c)]

1. Wheat. 2. Rice In the husk (Paddy). 3. Rice (Including Kanki or broken rice) 4. Juar ( 209 ) 210 T HE GAZETTE OF INDIA EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SIC. 8(1)]

5- Maize. 6. Bajra. 7. Kodo Kutki.

8. Mixture of any two or more foodgrains specified, in the Schedule".
