NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th September 1968
S.O. 3289.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation ) Act , 1956 ( 42 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Economic Affairs ) No. S.O 3302 dated the 14th September , 1967 , and published in the Gazette of India , Extra- ordinary , in Part II , Section 3 sub - section ( ii) dated the 15th September , 1967 , namely: --
In the said notification , for condition ( 5 ) . the following condition shall be substituted , namely : -
" ( 5 ) the Exchange shall comply with-
( 1 ) conditions ( 2 ) to ( 4 ) , before the expiry of a period of twelve months , and
( ii ) condition ( 1 ) , before the expiry of a period of fifteen months .
from the 16th September , 1967. " .
