NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 12th September 1968
S.O. 3290.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) the Central Government hereby direct that the powers conferred on it to make orders under clauses ( c ) , ( d ) and ( f ) of sub- Section ( 2 ) of section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to prices , stocks and movements of cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the schedule here- to annexed , be exercisable by the State Government in the whole State of Rajas than.
2. This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 31st day of October. 1968 .
