New Delhi , the 28th September 1968
G.S.R. 1808.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act . 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Kerosene ( Fixation of Celling PrPrices) Order , 1966 , namely :-
1. This Order may be called the Kerosene ( Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Eighth Amenament Order , 1963 .
2. lu the Schedule to the Kerosene ( Fixetion of Ceiling Prices ) Order , 1966 , item ( k ) and the entries relating thereto shall be ornit.ed .
