SUBJECT;—Opening on an Import and Export Trade Control office at Hyderabad,
No. 2l6-ETC(PN)/68.—It has been decided by the Government of India to open an Import and Export Trade Control office at Hyderabad In Andhra Pradesh under the charge of a Deputy Chief Controller of Imports and Exports. This office has started functioning at Hyderabad with effect from the 3rd October, 1968.
2. The Deputy Chief Controller of Imports and Exports, Hyderabad, will ha\c; Jurisdiction over the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh, except the six dis- tricts, namely, Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, East Godavarl, West Godavari, Krinhna and Guntur, which are under the jurisdiction of the Controller of Imports and Exports, Vlsakhapatnam. But, even in respect of these six districts, the applica- tions from registered exporters under the import policy for Registered Exporters will lie with the Deputy Chief Controller of Imports and Exports- HyrUrabad
3. The postal address of the office of the Deputy Chief Controller of Imports and Exports, Hyderabad, is Premises No. lVe-ftffcJk.JietLHillB, Hyderabad.
4. Para 5(1) of Chapter I of the Import Trade Control Hand Book of Rules and Procedure, 1968, may be deemed to have been amended accordingly.
