8.0 . 3510. In pursuance of section 67 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the following declaration containing the name of the candidate elected to fill the vacancy in the Council of States is published for general infor- mation:-
DECLARATION
Election to the Council of States by the Elected Members of the Rajasthan
Legislative Assembly
"In pursuance of section 66 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 , I declare that Shri Bal Krishna Kaul has been duly elected by the elected members of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly to fill the seatin the Council of States of one member rendered vacant due to the death of Shri Harish Chandra Mathur . " Place: Sawai Man Singh Town Hall , Jaipur .
