S.O. 3611.—Whereas I, F.G.T. Menezes, have been authorised by the Vegetable Oil Products Controller for India under sub-clause (a) of clause 2 of the Vegetable Oil Pro- ducts Control Order, 1947, to exercise the powers of the Controller under the said Order:
