NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th October 1968
S.O. 3615. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation ) Act , 1956 (42 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Economic Affairs ) No. S. O. 3684 dated the 7th October , 1967 , and published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary , in partpart II , Section 3 , sub - section ( ii) dated the 9th October , 1967 , namely :--
In the said notification , for condition ( 3 ) , the following condition shall be substituted , namely :-
" (3 ) The Exchange shall comply with-
(i ) conditions (2) (a) to (c) , before the expiry of a period of twelve months , and (ii) conditions ( 1 ) and (2) ( d) , before the expiry of a period of fourteen months , from the 10th October , 1967. "
