S.O. 3617. In the Commission's notification No. 56 / 68 - X ( S.O. 3523 ) dated the 4th October , 1968 , below para 1 , the following sub- para shall be added , namely :-
The above amendment will not affect the allotment of the symbol " Flower " to any candidate in any bye -election , if such allotment has been made before the 4th October , 1968 .
