NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th October 1968
S.O. 3619. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - Clause ( 1 ) of Clause 21C of the Cotton Textiles ( Control ) Order , 1948 , the Central Government here- by makes the following amendment to the Government of India Ministry of Commerce Notification No. S.O. 2465 , dated the 4th July , 1968 , namely:-
In the said notification , for item ( 1 ) , the following item shall be substituted , namely:
" ( i ) 6 paise per square metre for grey dhoty and saree, and 4 palse per square metre for other varieties , as the rates for the purposes of paragraph ( a) and "
