ORDER
New Delhi , the 14th October 1968
S.O. 3620 -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Tractors (Price Control ) Order , 1967 , namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Tractors ( Price Control ) Amendment Order , 1968.
2. In the Tractors ( Price Control ) Order , 1967 ,
( i ) in sub - clause ( 2 ) of clause 1 , the words " except the State of Jammu and Kashmir" shall be omitted;
( ii ) after clause 6, the following clause shall be inserted, namely: - "6. A. Collection of Advances : No manufacturer or dealer shall receive from any person an amount exceeding rupees one hundred by way of advance towards the sale -price of the tractor ."
