G.S.R. 1878. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 2 ) , read with clause (d) of sub - section ( 1 ) , of section 7 of the Food Corporations Act , 1961964 ( 37 of 1964 ) and rule 3 ( 4 ) of the Food Corporations Rules , 1965 , the Central Government hereby re- appoints Shri N. P. Sen to be the Managing Director of the Food Cor- poration of India .
