3/6/68.-- In S.O. 3718 / IECA/ 3 / 6 /68 . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 , ( 18 of 1947) the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 , namely :-
This Order may be called the Imports ( Control ) Sixth Amendment Order , 1968 .
In the Imports ( Control ) Order , 1955 ,in Part V of Schedule I , the following serial number and entry shall be inserted:---
