S.O. 3719-—In exercise of the powers conferred. on me by sub-clause (d) of clause 2 of the Woollen Textiles (Production and Distribution Control) Order, 1962, with the previous sanction of the Central Government and in partial modifica- tion of Textile Commissioner's Notification No. 7(l)/63-Control, dated the 6th May, 1964, I hereby order the insertion of the following entry at S. No. 5 of the table annexed to the Textile Commissioner's above said notification No. 7(0/63- control dated the 5th May, 1964.

S-O. 3720—In exert:ise of the powers conferred upon me by clause 4(1) of the Woollen Textiles (Production and Distribution Control) Order 1962, read with Textile Commissioner's Notification No. 7(1)/6B-Control dated 10th October, 1968 and in supersession of the Textile Commissioner's Notification No, DS/W/Policy/ 63, dated fith November, 1963, I hereby direct that the maximum ex-factory selling prices of worsted woollen weaving yarn of a count specified in column 1 of the schedule below and of a quality mentioned in columns 2 and 3 of that schedule shall be the amount specified in the corresponding entry in the appro- priate column of the said schedule-

(5) These prices cover only such yarns which have been manufactured out of the raw materials imported against A.U. Import licences granted for the Wool Licensing period October, 1966—September, 1967.

S.O. 3722.—In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause 4(1) of the Wollen Textiles (Production and Distribution Control) Order, 1962 read with Textile Commissioner's Notification No- 7(l)/68-Control, dated 16th October, 1968 and in supersession of the Textile Commissioner's Notification No. DS/S/ Policy/63, dated the 20th November, 1963, I hereby direct that the maximum ex- factory selling prices of worsted hosiery yarn on hanks and cones and of the count specified in column 1 of the Schedule I and II below and of the quality mentioned in columns 2 and 3, of those schedules shall be the amount specified in the corresponding entry in the appropriate columns of the said Schedules-
