IMPORT TRADE CONTROL

SUBJECT:-Import of printing machinery falling under S. No. 67 ( 1 ) ( 1 ) / V , during April, 1968-March 1969 , period .
No. 228 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 .--Attention is invited to paragraph 4 of the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice No. 220 - ITC ( PN ) / 68 , dated the 10th October , 1968 , in terms of which applicants whose applications for the import of printing machinery already made for the licensing period April 1968 - March 1969 and are pending with the licensing authority on the date of the said Public Notice or have been rejected as being incomplete or for non - availability of foreign exchange , need not submit fresh applications , but instead communicate their willingness that they are still interested in the import of printing machinery from West Germany by quoting this office reference number and date by the said last date , viz. , 10th December , 1968 .
2. It is clarified that in the case of applications rejected as being incomplete . the applicants concerned should also make good the deficiencies by furnishing the required information / documents within the prescribed date viz . , 10th December . 1968
